Order Management Team Lead

The Order Management Team Lead at Cato Networks is responsible for overseeing the Order-to-Invoice processes, including reviewing submitted orders, processing them in ERP and CRM systems, activating licenses, and invoicing. This role involves leading a team dedicated to providing high-quality support to both internal and external customers, ensuring operational excellence, and acting as a key cross-functional partner across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading, managing, and developing the Order Management team through onboarding, mentoring, and performance management. The role requires owning and overseeing the full order cycle to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Additionally, the Team Lead supports sales and customer success teams in all aspects of deal flow, serves as the escalation point for complex customer and sales issues, and acts as the main interface between Order Management and supporting functions such as Finance, Sales & SalesOps, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations.

The position requires at least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role, with proven experience in Order Management or Order-to-Invoice within a global high-tech company. Full proficiency in Salesforce and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. Candidates should possess high energy levels, strong motivation, a strong sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and multicultural environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are also required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with NetSuite, billing systems such as Ariba, and tax compliance tools, especially Avalara.
