As an Outbound Sales Development Representative - Dutch, you will play a pivotal role in driving Remote's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the Dutch-speaking market. You will be part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to helping businesses understand and utilize Remote's comprehensive Global HR Platform, which simplifies international employment compliance and management.

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new sales prospects, initiating contact through cold calls and emails, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. You will clearly communicate Remote's value propositions, assess prospect needs to determine fit, and support the sales team by educating and developing leads for handoff. Additionally, you will create targeted prospect lists, penetrate key accounts, and research business requirements to present tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development within a B2B SaaS environment, with proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Dutch are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges. A self-motivated, proactive approach and a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals are also key attributes.

Compensation for this role includes on-target earnings ranging from $31,500 to $70,950 USD annually, with the base salary comprising 70% of the total.
