The Senior Specialist, Employee Relations at Remote is a pivotal role within the Employee Lifecycle team, focusing on managing employee exits and providing first-level employee relations support. Key responsibilities include overseeing complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring legal compliance and delivering a superior offboarding experience. The specialist will provide trusted guidance on various HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and transfer procedures, and will independently lead meetings related to workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, with a strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits. A deep understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline approaches, and workplace investigation fundamentals is essential. Superior communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $46,500 to $117,750 USD annually, depending on factors such as location, skills, and experience.
