Senior Implementations Program Manager
Remote is seeking a Senior Implementations Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation process for Remote Embedded partners. This role is pivotal in delivering technical, commercial, and operational outcomes, directly supporting the General Manager in building and expanding the Remote Embedded product. The position offers significant visibility within the company, requiring collaboration across various functional areas to meet evolving partner needs.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing implementation timelines, coordinating operational work streams, and leading the planning and execution of all project tasks during partner onboarding. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments such as Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Customer Experience, and Operations to ensure partner success. Additionally, the manager will own the day-to-day relationship with partners during the implementation phase, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, and contributing to the development of integration best practices and training materials.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, implementations, or professional services within the HR tech, fintech, or software/technology industries. A proven track record in managing long-term relationships with partners or customers is essential. Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and strong collaboration skills are required. The candidate should also possess the ability to quickly understand complex issues, analyze root causes, and communicate effectively with both partners and internal teams. Experience in B2B SaaS technology partnerships is preferred, along with strong automation and AI capabilities. Fluency in English is required, and prior remote work experience is considered a plus.
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $54,400 to $153,000 USD.
