Paralegal

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team in London, England. This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful legal work within a fast-paced global tech environment, focusing on commercial contract negotiations, GDPR data subject access requests, and the integration of AI tools into legal workflows.

The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including NDAs, sales agreements, and vendor contracts, utilizing in-house templates and playbooks. Additionally, the role involves managing the full contract lifecycle through to signature, acting as a key liaison for commercial teams by triaging and managing incoming sales support tickets, and assisting senior counsel on complex matters. The Paralegal will also handle end-to-end Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) under GDPR and support the maintenance of privacy and compliance documentation.

Candidates should possess 2–3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced in-house or private practice environment, with demonstrable experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. A solid understanding of GDPR and data protection principles, along with hands-on experience managing DSARs, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for legal technology and AI tools, excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
