Paralegal

Wilson Elser, a prominent defense litigation law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices nationwide, is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Atlanta office. The Paralegal will be responsible for maintaining and organizing case data, conducting research through Open Public Records Requests and background investigations, and supporting attorneys during depositions and discovery processes. Additional duties include managing document productions, preparing materials for expert witness reviews, and ensuring case files are meticulously organized and accessible.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with a Paralegal Certificate preferred, and have at least two years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally within insurance defense. Strong writing and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and proficiency in legal research tools and case management software are essential.
