Paralegal

Wilson Elser is seeking a Paralegal to join our New York, New York office. The Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting with trial preparation. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, organizing and analyzing discovery materials, and coordinating with clients and witnesses. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree; a Paralegal Certificate is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience is required, with a preference for those with insurance defense experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to integrate into a team-oriented environment are essential.
