Part-Time Brand Ambassador - Corner

Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to join our team in McLean, Virginia. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our Lucid Studio, representing our commitment to luxury electric vehicles and exceptional customer experiences. This role offers up to 24 hours per week, with flexibility required for evenings and weekends.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, addressing general inquiries, and scheduling test drives. You will capture quality leads in our CRM system, assess customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles, and refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists. Additionally, you will ensure the readiness of test drive vehicles, manage studio facilities, and support daily operations as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in customer-facing industries such as food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a dynamic retail environment and have a strong interest in the electric vehicle industry and the Lucid brand.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and authorization to work in the USA. Prior experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is highly preferred. Physical requirements involve the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods. A valid driver's license with no suspensions in the past year is also required.

Lucid Motors offers a competitive compensation range of $25 to $35 per hour for this position. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and a 401k plan. Successful candidates may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and discretionary annual incentive program, subject to company performance.
