They should thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating flexibility, attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong organizational abilities. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, along with the capacity to coordinate multiple departments and deliver results in ambiguous situations. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in additional languages is a plus. Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills are necessary, as well as a solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships are also important.
