Partner Manager

This role involves coordinating between event organizers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution from contract signing to event completion. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process of large-scale events, ensuring timely and efficient execution by coordinating tasks across various departments. The role requires communicating product and process needs to headquarters, working closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver requirements. Additionally, the Partner Manager will develop comprehensive Q&A resources to address potential user issues and ensure all necessary documentation is in place to achieve project goals. On-site presence may be required during event launches or other critical dates.
The ideal candidate holds a degree and has a background in project management or consulting, with at least 3 years of experience. They should thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating flexibility, attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong organizational abilities. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, along with the capacity to coordinate multiple departments and deliver results in ambiguous situations. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in additional languages is a plus. Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills are necessary, as well as a solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships are also important.
Fever offers an attractive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, with the potential for significant performance-based bonuses.
