Partner Sales Director - US Public Sector
The Partner Sales Director - US Public Sector at Celonis is a pivotal role within the Partner Sales team, focusing on developing and executing partner-driven sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and expansion in the US Public Sector. This position involves close collaboration with field sales, partner account teams, and ecosystem partners to align strategies and achieve growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing territory partner plans, originating and driving partner sales activities, guiding sales leadership on priority industry partners, activating industry and partner account teams, identifying and promoting strategic offerings and campaigns to generate regional pipeline, and capturing joint success stories to demonstrate value.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in consulting or as a Partner Manager, GTM Manager, or Account Executive within the SaaS industry, with specific experience in sales and ecosystem delivery within the US Public Sector, particularly Federal. They should possess strong abilities in building and navigating long-term relationships with customers and partners, project management skills to organize and manage multiple streams, and strong communication skills to translate Celonis use cases into consulting offerings and enable partners on Celonis. The ability to demo Celonis core use cases and a willingness to travel to meet with partner stakeholders are also required.
