Partner Success Intern

Plug and Play Tech Center, a leading early-stage venture investor, is seeking a motivated Partner Success Intern to join our São Paulo team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with our Partner Success and Client Operations teams, supporting the execution of corporate innovation programs. Ideal candidates are proactive students with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to gain experience in corporate innovation and project management.

As a Partner Success Intern, you will assist in the daily operations of innovation programs, ensuring that deliverables are executed, tracked, and delivered with quality. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations and reports, organizing deliverables and milestones across various projects, updating dashboards and internal tools to monitor progress, and supporting data collection for reporting purposes. Additionally, you will participate in regular calls with corporate partners, take notes, and assist with follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and is proficient in both English and Portuguese. A strong interest in innovation, corporate environments, and project-based work is essential. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Workspace and a problem-solving mindset are also important for success in this role.
