Partnership Development Consultant (f/m/d)
The Partnership Development Consultant will join Awin's Spanish Partnership Development team, focusing on developing new business and enhancing client service experiences. This role involves acting as a consulting service for internal client services teams and collaborating with central departments to drive business growth. The position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing exposure to the full lifecycle of projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing and delivering small to mid-sized projects with clear plans and timelines, promoting Awin products to publishers and strategic partners, and driving business through the acquisition and development of medium to large publishers. The consultant will identify and unlock growth opportunities in Spain, focusing on emerging models and innovative partnerships, while building trust with prospects through a consultative selling approach. Additionally, the role involves cross-functional collaboration to align partner opportunities with business priorities and supporting the implementation of policies, processes, and best practices.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in digital marketing, business development, sales, partnerships, publisher development, or account management. Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects, proficiency with the MS Office suite, and the ability to research and qualify new partner opportunities are essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks are also required. Fluency in Spanish (native) and English (C1) is necessary.
