Partnership Development Consultant (f/m/d) German-speaking
The Partnership Development Consultant role at Awin is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join the DACH Business Development team. This team is responsible for developing and selling new business while providing excellent client service. Acting as a consulting service for internal client service teams, the team is recognized as experts in various fields that drive the business. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, closely interacting with teams throughout the company, and provides the chance to learn about the full lifecycle of projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing small to medium-scale projects, maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules, and selling and promoting Awin products to publishers and strategic partners. The consultant will drive business development through the acquisition and development of new publishers for the Awin network in collaboration with the sales team. Identifying and executing business development opportunities, building trust and credibility with prospects through a consultative selling approach, and supporting the implementation of policies and processes are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects and, preferably, experience in a sales or business development environment. Proficiency with the MS Office suite and work experience in online or affiliate marketing are advantageous. A talent for sales and communication with a customer-centric mindset, flexibility to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills are required.
