Partnership Development Representative, German speaking
Payhawk is seeking a German-speaking Partnership Development Representative to join their London-based team. As a leading AI-powered spend management platform, Payhawk serves finance teams across over 32 countries, offering a unified solution for corporate cards, expense management, procurement, and accounts payable. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential Payhawk partners. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential partners that align with Payhawk's strategic goals, understanding their business models and challenges, and developing outreach strategies through personalized emails, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages. You will engage with potential partners to qualify their interest, schedule meetings between them and the Partner Manager, and ensure a smooth handover by providing detailed context on each partner. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product will be essential to align partnership strategies and enhance outreach campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess professional-level proficiency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. An understanding of B2B sales processes and partnership development is crucial, along with the ability to research and identify potential partners that fit Payhawk's objectives. Proficiency with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is required for managing partner interactions and tracking progress. The role also demands the ability to build and maintain relationships through trust and personalized engagement, as well as adaptability and emotional intelligence.
