The Partnership Development Team Lead at Awin is a strategic leadership role responsible for heading the DACH Business Development team. This team plays a pivotal role in driving new business growth and acts as a high-level consulting partner to client services, providing expert guidance to accelerate the business. The position is based in either Berlin or Munich, offering flexibility in location.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of experts across diverse projects, fostering their growth and development. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of cross-departmental projects, ensuring effective governance of project plans and timelines. Additionally, the Team Lead defines and drives the commercial strategy for promoting Awin products to publishers and strategic partners, while identifying and executing high-impact business development opportunities aligned with regional and company-wide objectives.
The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop high-performing teams. A strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, particularly in performance marketing and affiliate marketing, is essential. The role requires thriving in fast-paced, agile environments with a continuous drive to optimize processes. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are necessary to manage multiple initiatives effectively. Proficiency in both German and English is required.
