Partnerships Manager

Lighthouse is seeking a Partnerships Manager to oversee and expand relationships with key technology partners, particularly property management systems, within the hospitality industry. This role involves managing a global portfolio of partners, focusing on the North American market, and collaborating with internal teams to drive product adoption and integration.

The Partnerships Manager will coordinate with new and existing partners to manage integrations and define strategic roadmaps. Responsibilities include driving the adoption of integrated products by working closely with partners and internal stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering, and sales. The role also encompasses managing the full commercial lifecycle of partnerships, including complex negotiations, contract closing, and discussions around commercials and incentives.

Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in a partnership management role, preferably within the travel tech or SaaS industry. Essential qualifications include strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiation, contract closing, and familiarity with concepts like revenue share and referral fees. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing the full partner lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding new partners to nurturing and growing existing relationships.
