As a Partnerships Manager at Payhawk, you will be instrumental in expanding and nurturing our partner ecosystem within France. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with ERP integrators, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), financial advisors, and accounting firms to drive new customer acquisition and strengthen existing partnerships. This role is based in Paris and offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative energy of our office.

In this position, you will be responsible for prospecting, recruiting, and signing new partners, while also developing internal champions within each partner organization to advocate for Payhawk. You will define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, manage partner accounts end-to-end—including contract negotiations—and provide training to partner business development teams to effectively sell Payhawk's solutions. Additionally, you will coordinate co-marketing campaigns, represent Payhawk at industry conferences and events, and regularly report on partner performance, collaborating with sales, customer success, solution engineering, marketing, and legal teams to optimize partnership outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in partner management, channel management, or account executive roles, with a proven track record of achieving company targets. A strong understanding of the SaaS sales process and proficiency in CRM software are essential. Comfort in presenting to small groups, both online and in person, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are crucial. The ability to influence and build trust with internal and external stakeholders, data-driven decision-making skills to track partnership performance, and strong organizational and time management abilities are also required. Occasional travel within France may be necessary.

While not mandatory, experience in a SaaS company selling to mid-market and large enterprises, familiarity with ERP ecosystems such as Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or SAP, knowledge of the fintech industry, and financial accounting skills are advantageous. A bachelor's degree in business administration or international management is preferred.

At Payhawk, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days of paid holiday plus national holidays and RTT, a week-long exchange program to various European cities, additional medical care, a fully funded sports card for gym memberships or classes, a monthly travel allowance, and hands-on access to the actual product you're helping to build. Our company culture emphasizes flat hierarchies, ownership, responsibility, and continuous feedback, fostering an environment where the best ideas come from direct collaboration and diverse perspectives.

Joining Payhawk means becoming part of a high-performance team that values honest opinions, real ownership, and a focus on outcomes. As Bulgaria's first unicorn, we are committed to rapid growth and innovation, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact in one of the fastest-moving industries.
