Payor Enrollment Specialist- Contract

Midi Health is seeking a Payor Enrollment Specialist (Contractor) to lead and streamline our provider enrollment processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clinicians are credentialed efficiently across various payors, supporting our mission to deliver comprehensive virtual care for women navigating midlife health challenges.

The Payor Enrollment Specialist will manage the entire payor enrollment lifecycle for our providers, including reviewing and attesting to CAQH profiles, submitting and tracking payor enrollment applications, and proactively following up to secure timely approvals. Additionally, this role will act as the primary contact for enrollment-related escalations, investigating and resolving billing or payor issues tied to enrollment status.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or licensing, with hands-on experience in payor enrollment applications and follow-up. Familiarity with credentialing databases and CAQH is essential, along with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows independently. Experience working with providers, payors, and health systems is also required.

This contract position offers a compensation of $35 per hour, capped at 160 hours per month. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization.
