Payroll & Billing Specialist
The Payroll & Billing Specialist at G-P is responsible for managing daily payroll activities across multiple countries in the LATAM region, with a focus on Mexico. This role involves overseeing regular and off-cycle payroll approvals, addressing issues, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. G-P is a leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform™ that enables clients to expand into over 180 countries efficiently, without the complexities of establishing local entities.
Key responsibilities include compiling, reviewing, and reconciling payroll data from internal stakeholders and systems, uploading payroll inputs to local service providers, monitoring and reconciling vendor payroll processing, and generating client invoices. The specialist will also provide data and reports to internal teams, prioritize work assignments, and serve as a point of contact for payroll and billing inquiries.
Candidates should have a degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related fields, with 1-3 years of payroll experience in the LATAM region, particularly Mexico. Experience with third-party platforms such as ADP, Workday, or Ceridian is required, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, and the ability to manage multiple time zones and requirements for a global remote workforce is essential.
The annual gross base salary range for this position is MXN 308,000 - MXN 385,000, plus variable compensation.
