Payroll Client Services Specialist
The Payroll Client Services Specialist role at Remote focuses on providing expert support for employee payroll processes within the DACH region. As part of the Payroll Client Services team, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, contributing to Remote's mission of simplifying global employment for organizations.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues, acting as the regional specialist for all payroll matters, and managing urgent customer escalations to ensure swift resolutions. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience and Payroll Operations to deliver exceptional support and meet service level agreements.
Candidates should have experience in end-to-end payroll processing, a deep understanding of payroll systems specific to the DACH region, and prior client-facing roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with adaptability to a fast-paced international environment. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency with collaboration tools like Slack are required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30,700 to $69,050 USD annually, along with benefits such as flexible paid time off, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, mental health support services, stock options, a learning budget, and a home office budget.
