Payroll Lead, Implementations - Denmark (Nordics)
Remote is seeking a Payroll Lead for Implementations in Denmark, focusing on the Nordics region. This role is integral to Remote's mission of simplifying global employment by ensuring compliant and efficient payroll processes for international teams. The successful candidate will join the Implementation team, contributing to the seamless onboarding of clients and the establishment of robust payroll systems.
The Payroll Lead will act as the subject matter expert for the Nordics, with a particular emphasis on Denmark. Key responsibilities include attending sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead, leading client hand-over and kick-off meetings, and overseeing the entire payroll implementation process from inception through parallel runs to the first live payroll. The role also involves developing detailed project plans, standardizing payroll processes, and providing ongoing support to resolve any issues during and after implementation.
Candidates should possess extensive payroll experience in a client-focused environment, with expert legislative knowledge in the Nordics, especially Denmark. Payroll implementation experience is essential, along with strong communication skills to explain payroll processes to clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in using Intega payroll software in Denmark, as well as other local payroll tools and software like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets, is required. An analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to a fast-paced international work environment are also important.
