Payroll Specialist

Cato Networks is seeking a professional Payroll Specialist to join our growing Payroll team in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for executing the end-to-end payroll cycle with precision and efficiency. Key duties include collecting and verifying payroll data from multiple sources, updating the Hilan payroll system and employee databases, and handling various payroll processes such as onboarding, maternity leaves, reserve duty, terminations, and tax forms. Additionally, the role involves acting as a point of reference for payroll-related inquiries, maintaining high service standards, and fostering successful relationships with internal teams and external entities like insurance companies and official authorities.

Candidates must possess a valid Payroll Controller certificate and have attended relevant tutorials and seminars. A minimum of five years' experience as a payroll specialist is required, along with strong hands-on experience with payroll-related systems and software, particularly MS Excel and Hilan. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage all aspects of payroll, reporting, and reconciliations. Comprehensive knowledge of labor law, tax law, and national insurance is necessary, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively. Proficiency in both English and Hebrew is required.
