GR8 Tech is seeking a PE Accountant Team Lead to oversee and enhance the Private Entrepreneur (PE) accounting operations within the company. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable accounting practices across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will lead the PE Hub team, driving standards, controls, and operations to support the company's rapid growth and dynamic business environment.

The PE Accountant Team Lead will be responsible for managing the PE Hub team, including workload distribution, performance oversight, and forecasting resource needs. Key duties involve defining KPIs and development plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions, and maintaining strong internal controls over PE accounting operations. The role also includes overseeing accurate and consistent PE reporting, researching and establishing workflows for new locations, and continuously improving processes through automation and optimization.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting, including supervision of PE activities. A strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and PE-related regulations is essential. Experience with internal controls, risk management, and managing audits is required. The role demands strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines, high attention to detail, and proficiency in improving processes and leveraging accounting systems or ERPs. Fluency in English (B1+ level) and Ukrainian or Russian is necessary.
