People Experience & HR Technology Intern
Diligent Corporation is seeking a People Experience & HR Technology Intern to join our HR transformation team during a pivotal 10-week period of our Workday implementation. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the redesign of our HR processes, making them more scalable, AI-native, and user-friendly. The intern will report to the Senior Director of HR AI & Systems Transformation based in London and collaborate closely with teams across HR, IT, Finance, and regional offices from our New York location.
Key responsibilities include mapping current versus future-state HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, time off, and offboarding to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement. The intern will create clear, user-friendly guides, FAQs, and training materials to support Workday adoption among employees and managers. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Workday implementation through data validation and cleanup, conducting user acceptance testing, and documenting issues clearly.
The ideal candidate is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or Product Management. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis, is essential, along with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. A proactive and collaborative working style is crucial, with the ability to take initiative, seek assistance when needed, and effectively partner with others.
