Maintaining and updating People policies and supporting culture and engagement initiatives are also integral parts of the position.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field, with SHRM or PHR Certification preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources or a related field is required. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication abilities, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential. Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS, along with knowledge of U.S. employment laws, is necessary. Familiarity with Canadian employment laws and experience in dynamic organizations are advantageous.
