Applied Intuition is seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious People Operations Generalist to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and are eager to play a key role in shaping the foundation of our operations. As a People Operations Generalist, you will optimize HR systems, implement scalable and efficient processes, and ensure data accuracy to support strategic decision-making.

In this position, you will lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for decision-making. You will optimize People systems and workflows across platforms such as Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, and PAVE. Additionally, you will own and manage our rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements while addressing employee inquiries. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and serving as the point of contact for employee questions related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off are also key responsibilities. Generating comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making will be an integral part of your role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of practical experience in a People or HR-related role, with a detail-oriented and data-driven mindset. You should possess the intuition to identify potential areas of improvement in our operational cadence and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, addressing gaps as they arise.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in the automotive or autonomous vehicle industries, and direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures. Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets is also advantageous.

Compensation for this full-time position includes a base salary ranging from $95,000 to $121,000 annually, along with equity and comprehensive benefits. Benefits encompass health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
