People Operations Specialist, Systems & Analytics

As the People Operations Specialist at Hut 8, you will be the architect of our people data infrastructure and the primary administrator for Rippling. Reporting directly to the Manager of People Operations, your mission is to transform our HR tech stack into a scalable, automated engine that powers the entire employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will design intelligent AI-driven workflows and translate complex datasets into actionable insights, directly impacting our ability to scale efficiently. You will own the integrity, governance, and integration of our people data, ensuring seamless communication between systems such as Payroll, Finance, and Benefits.

The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience administering HRIS systems, mastering configurations, custom automations, and third-party integrations. A passion for clean data and the ability to build sophisticated dashboards that track headcount, attrition, and workforce planning are essential. A tech-forward mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to replace manual tasks with intelligent workflows, is highly valued.
