The People Partner at Remote serves as a strategic advisor to assigned client groups, aligning closely with lead People Business Partners to enhance organizational health and performance. This role involves resolving complex employee relations issues and leading the design and implementation of global people programs, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to scale effectively.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary consultant to leadership on organizational transitions and performance strategies, ensuring alignment with Remote's commercial objectives. The People Partner will own the end-to-end execution of global people programs, address high-complexity employee relations matters, and drive the adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency within the People Partnering function. Additionally, analyzing people data to inform long-term strategies and contributing to Remote's Handbook to maintain transparent and automated processes are essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have experience in a People team, particularly in Employee Relations or as a People Partner within a global organization. A proactive, solution-oriented approach is crucial, along with the ability to manage complex projects independently. Strong stakeholder management skills, a commercial mindset, and proficiency in utilizing AI and automation tools are required. High emotional intelligence, discretion in handling sensitive situations, and exceptional writing skills suitable for an asynchronous work environment are also important.
