Player Support Operations Internship - Fall 2026
Rush Street Interactive (RSI), a leader in the iGaming industry, is offering a 12-week Player Support Operations Internship for Fall 2026. This program is designed to provide students and early-career professionals with hands-on experience in customer support and player experience within the online gaming sector. Interns will work closely with the Player Support team to ensure that every customer interaction reflects RSI's commitment to excellence.
Interns will gain firsthand insight into how RSI supports players across its online gaming platforms. Responsibilities include learning the processes, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques that keep customers engaged and satisfied. Additionally, interns will collaborate with experienced mentors, contribute to meaningful projects, and build the skills needed to launch a career in a dynamic, tech-driven industry.
Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, enjoy helping others and solving problems, and be excited to learn how technology supports exceptional customer experiences. The ability to commit to 20–30 hours per week in a hybrid setting is required. Professionalism, proactivity, and collaboration are essential, as is comfort working independently and asking questions. No previous iGaming experience is required—just bring enthusiasm, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
The internship offers a pay rate of $16 per hour.
