Key responsibilities include collecting and organizing financial statements to ensure accurate data management, collaborating with customers to gather feedback, and providing insights on existing products. The analyst will also contribute to the development of new features, participate in testing product improvements, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to address challenges as Lumonic continues to grow.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, commonly in Finance or Accounting, and have at least one year of work experience, including internships. Strong customer service skills, adaptability to changing business needs, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with financial statements are essential. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, with a target annual bonus percentage of 5%.
