Principal I, Strategic AI Sales
Braze is seeking a Principal I, Strategic AI Sales professional to drive the growth of its AI solutions by collaborating with the sales team and engaging with senior customer relationships. This role is integral to expanding Braze's AI Decision Studio offerings and requires a proactive approach to navigating complex technology evaluations with enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities include leading discussions with potential AI Decision Studio customers, working with pre- and post-sales teams to identify high-impact applications of AI solutions, and training colleagues on reinforcement learning and its marketing applications. The role also involves participating in Proofs of Value to ensure successful progression and representing Braze AI at industry events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing, with a proven track record of performance. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders effectively. A passion for new technologies and the ability to create scalable frameworks for business success are also important.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $146,600 to $172,400 per year, with On Target Earnings (OTE) between $293,100 and $344,800 annually, including bonuses or commissions.
