The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a preference for a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline. A minimum of 8 years of experience in research and development, focusing on software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence, is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Golang, Rust, and Python is essential, along with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems, computer architecture, networking, and database internals.
