Senior Product Manager
Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As Africa’s all-in-one financial ecosystem, we empower over 10 million businesses and individuals with seamless payments, banking, credit, and business management tools. Since 2019, we've become Nigeria’s largest merchant acquirer, processing $22 billion monthly. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful products in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
In this position, you will own and drive outcomes aligned with company objectives and key results. Responsibilities include maintaining a balanced roadmap, conducting customer discovery, analyzing product metrics, and breaking down complex problems into actionable plans. Collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams is essential to build products that are simple, trustworthy, and delightful from inception.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field, and possesses over 8 years of experience in technology companies, with at least 5 years in end-to-end product management. A proven track record of driving measurable outcomes, deep customer empathy, strong analytical skills, and technical fluency are crucial. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also required.
