The Principal, Strategic AI Sales role at Braze focuses on expanding the company's AI solutions by collaborating with the sales team and engaging with senior customer relationships. Key responsibilities include leading discussions with potential Braze AI Decision Studio customers, working with pre- and post-sales teams to identify impactful applications of AI solutions, training colleagues on reinforcement learning in marketing, participating in Proofs of Value to ensure successful progression, communicating customer needs to product and marketing teams, and representing Braze AI at various events and conferences.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing, with a proven track record of performance. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders. A deep understanding of business drivers and the potential impact of AI, passion for new technologies, and the ability to execute structured plans are also required.
