Braze is seeking a Principal, Strategic AI Sales professional to drive the growth of its AI solutions by collaborating with the sales team and engaging with senior customer relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding the reach of Braze AI Decision Studio, a key component of the company's customer engagement platform.

The successful candidate will lead discussions with potential clients, work closely with pre- and post-sales teams to identify impactful applications of AI solutions, and train colleagues on reinforcement learning and its marketing applications. Responsibilities also include participating in Proofs of Value, communicating customer needs to product and marketing teams, and representing Braze AI at industry events.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing, with a proven track record of performance. Strong communication skills, executive presence, business acumen, and a passion for new technologies are essential. The role requires the ability to execute plans effectively, build trust-based relationships, create scalable frameworks, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.
