Principal, Talent Management Programs
The Principal, Talent Management Programs at Voyager Technologies, Inc. is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's talent management and performance system architecture. This role involves developing a structured succession planning framework and overseeing the annual talent review process, including Workday enablement and enterprise-wide adoption. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Performance Management, this individual contributor position requires significant enterprise influence and system ownership.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing annual and semi-annual performance review cycles, configuring and administering performance review workflows within the Workday Talent & Performance module, and building a structured succession planning framework. The role also involves leading annual talent review processes using the 9-box methodology, serving as the subject matter expert on talent management best practices, leveraging Workday reporting for actionable talent analytics, and developing competency frameworks to support employee development and internal mobility.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, along with 15 or more years of progressive experience in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and learning & development. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide performance review processes, hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance modules, and the ability to facilitate talent calibration sessions with senior leaders are essential. Strong knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and experience driving change management in high-growth organizations are also required.
