Principal Technical Director, AI-Enabled Spectrum Dominance
Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Director for AI-Enabled Spectrum Dominance to lead our advanced RF systems, software, algorithms, and agentic AI portfolio, focusing on space-based and terrestrial electromagnetic warfare and sensing. This role involves driving the technical vision for spectrum dominance and applying our Agentic Computational Engineering (ACE) platform to RF hardware systems and digital signal processing (DSP) development.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing the technical roadmap for Voyager’s Spectrum Dominance portfolio, serving as the technical authority for RF, electronic warfare, radar, and sensing programs, particularly in space-based systems. The role also involves leading the deployment of the ACE platform for RF applications, ensuring AI agents can autonomously design and optimize RF hardware and DSP algorithms, and overseeing the integration of AI-driven workflows to accelerate RF hardware development cycles.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RF hardware, software, and algorithms across communications, electronic warfare, radar, and sensing, with a focus on space-based systems. Experience in leading complex research and development programs, productizing outcomes into commercial applications, and directing AI platforms to transform traditional RF engineering workflows is essential.
