Process Analyst

Hut 8 is seeking a Process Analyst to join its Project Operations team in Miami, Florida. This role focuses on diagnosing, designing, and optimizing workflows that support the company's data center and energy infrastructure projects. The Process Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring that Hut 8's operational processes evolve in tandem with its expanding portfolio.

Key responsibilities include mapping and analyzing current project workflows to identify inefficiencies, developing automation strategies to reduce manual overhead, and analyzing project data to measure process performance. The Process Analyst will collaborate with department leadership to refine project delivery frameworks and maintain templates and guides that codify best practices. Additionally, the role involves capturing lessons learned from project teams and supporting the development of process KPIs and reporting dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, operational improvement, or project controls. Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI or SQL is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, and familiarity with workflow automation platforms like Power Automate or Zapier, are also desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
