The Process Improvement Analyst at Kaseya is a pivotal role within the Accounts Payable team, focusing on enhancing processes through automation and AI-driven solutions. This position collaborates closely with the Director of Accounts Payable and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline end-to-end AP processes, aiming to reduce manual efforts and minimize exceptions. Kaseya, a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, has experienced strong double-digit growth and serves customers in over 20 countries.
Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for complex invoice issues, system exceptions, and vendor inquiries. The analyst acts as an escalation point for non-routine or high-risk AP issues and partners with the Director of Accounts Payable on operational priorities and optimization initiatives. Additionally, the role involves providing informal team-lead support, including workload balancing, prioritization, and process consistency, as well as supporting onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing across the AP team.
The ideal candidate possesses 6–8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or shared services, with exposure to process improvement initiatives. A strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, and AP controls is essential. Hands-on experience with automation, AI-enabled processes, or Microsoft Power Platform tools is highly desirable. Advanced Excel skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, are required. The ability to operate as a lead contributor without formal people management responsibility is also important.
