Process Operators (All Levels)
The Process Operator at Group14 Technologies is responsible for maintaining and operating equipment and processes at the Woodinville facility. This role involves handling hazardous and volatile materials under high temperature and pressure, necessitating strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position offers opportunities for continuous learning and advancement toward production leadership roles.
Key responsibilities include performing job duties safely and conscientiously, following all established procedures and policies. The operator will maintain equipment, observe machine operations to ensure product quality, isolate systems for maintenance using work permits and lockout/tagout processes, and operate both manual and pneumatic valves. Additional tasks involve responding to system and plant alarms, adjusting machine components to comply with product protocols, and performing preventative maintenance as assigned.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous manufacturing experience. Strong analytical and mathematical proficiency, a high level of mechanical aptitude, and the ability to systematically troubleshoot integrated processes are essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
The base pay range for this position starts at $22 per hour for Level 1, with an additional $1.50 per hour for night shifts, and goes up to $28 or more per hour for more senior levels, depending on experience. All positions come with a company bonus and stock options.
