Vice President, Quality
The Vice President of Quality at Group14 Technologies will lead the establishment and management of a global quality organization, ensuring that manufacturing processes across North America, Europe, and Asia produce consistent, high-quality products. This role is pivotal in transforming technical complexity into a competitive advantage for automotive and electronics customers.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Business Development, R&D, and Product Management to define and uphold a Global Standard Product Specification, maintaining rigorous global Change Management standards, and collaborating with R&D and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions from design to high-volume production. The role also involves supporting Business Development during technical discovery phases, harmonizing manufacturing processes across global sites, and designing a unified global Quality Management System integrating ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 15 years in automotive quality management. A proven track record with Tier 1/2 automotive suppliers or OEMs is essential, as is deep mastery of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3 standards. Native or business-level fluency in English is required.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, complemented by a bonus plan and company stock options.
