The Program Manager (Mandarin Speaker) at Group14 Technologies will oversee customer qualification processes for the company's advanced silicon battery materials. This role serves as the primary liaison between Group14 and its customers during qualification and production stages, ensuring that internal teams—including Business Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality—meet program milestones efficiently. The position is integral to supporting Group14's mission to supply leading battery manufacturers, electric vehicle OEMs, and consumer electronics companies in the Asia-Pacific market.

Key responsibilities include managing battery qualification programs for automotive and consumer electronics clients, guiding customers through qualification, start of production, and post-production phases. The Program Manager will collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency, maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding program status and risks, develop strong relationships across customer departments, support the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process for new or modified programs, and coordinate onsite customer visits.

Candidates should have experience supporting customers in the automotive and battery sectors, a B.S. or M.S./MBA in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent experience, and a background in aerospace or automotive industries (OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2). A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in program management, is required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal, is essential, along with experience supporting customers in China.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, complemented by a bonus plan and company stock options.
