Braze is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join our Finance team and support the scaling of our procurement operations. This role involves managing global procurement activities for corporate goods and services, including technology, marketing, and facilities. The analyst will collaborate closely with internal partners such as Accounting, Legal, and Finance to develop and execute the procurement-to-pay lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating and tracking purchase orders, collaborating with business owners to monitor and manage purchase requisitions and orders throughout their lifecycle, and supporting DocuSign contract routing. The analyst will also be responsible for entering, correcting, and tracking vendor contract details, sending renewal reminders to business owners, managing invoice issues in collaboration with Accounts Payable, overseeing the vendor onboarding process, aggregating and archiving vendor contracts, and assisting and training end users in procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have at least two years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or partner management. While experience with technology contracts related to SaaS, subscriptions, and marketing is advantageous, it is not required. The candidate should be financially and technologically savvy, with a passion for improving processes, systems, and tools. Strong collaboration skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and robust analytical skills are essential. Experience with procurement operations tools and systems such as Coupa, Netsuite, JIRA, and contract management systems is highly desirable.
