Procurement Operations Lead

The role also involves managing supplier onboarding operations, establishing governance and reporting frameworks, and driving operational excellence through vendor oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should have over 12 years of experience in procurement operations or related functions within complex, global, or regulated environments. Essential qualifications include deep knowledge of procure-to-pay workflows, experience with global procurement BPO or shared services models, and proficiency with procurement orchestration platforms and ERP systems. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence outcomes through collaboration are also required.
