Product Designer I

Kaseya is seeking a Product Designer I to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, Kaseya serves Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. This role focuses on enhancing our IT Operations modules, contributing to the development of user-centric designs that align with our mission to deliver exceptional user experiences.

In this position, you will participate in and lead design initiatives for our software modules, collaborating closely with Product Management to define and prioritize user stories and functional business requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include translating user stories into functional requirements, creating storyboards and prototypes, and working with Engineering teams to define and analyze software solutions. You will be expected to provide elegant and simple design solutions that enhance functionality while maintaining the integrity of existing products.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in User Experience/User Interface design, particularly in developing consumer-facing applications and web UX designs. A strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and a keen sense of what constitutes an effective, delightful user experience are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are required. Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI design tools are also important. A Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field is a plus.
