Product Management
The Product Management team at Hotmart is dedicated to delivering the company's strategic vision through each product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value for customers. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmaps in line with the company's strategic direction, effectively communicating product outcomes, and planning subsequent steps based on achieved results. The role also entails working collaboratively with engineering, design, product marketing, commercial, user support, and data analysis teams. Additionally, the position requires leading product development from conception to launch, ensuring balanced prioritization and product quality, and continuously delving into user needs through research, data analysis, client interviews, and solution validation. Synthesizing problems and solutions effectively to successfully drive product evolution is also a key aspect of the role.
Candidates should have experience with global products and product localization strategies, the ability to proactively tackle complex challenges, a strong data-driven approach for strategic decision-making, adaptability to dynamic work environments, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain good relationships across different areas.
