Product Management Intern
The Product Management Intern will lead a transformation of Care Tooling systems by replacing vendor tools, developing APIs, and ensuring integration for EarnIn's B2B initiatives.
Key responsibilities include architecting the future of Care systems by transitioning key functional areas—including Help Center, email handling, and intelligent automations—from legacy vendor tools to a unified, independent infrastructure. The intern will evaluate strategic internal solutions and cutting-edge components to replace specific modules, ensuring strategic autonomy. Additionally, they will ensure that recommendations are compatible with and forward-looking for EarnIn's B2B initiatives and the integration of acquisitions and new products. The role also involves pioneering the "headless" service model, taking full control of the primary agent-facing UI and revolutionizing backend interactions via robust APIs.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant technical or business field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics. They must be located in Bengaluru or have the ability to relocate there for the duration of the internship. The ideal candidate is a relentless problem-solver eager to untangle complex, legacy systems and translate them into elegant, high-performance functional requirements. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Care Operations teams. Familiarity with API-driven architectures and experience evaluating external vendor solutions are advantageous.
