Product Manager - Business Processes
Cato Networks is seeking a Product Manager to lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives across its platform. This role focuses on driving product adoption, activation, conversion, and expansion within the company's cloud-based networking and security services. The position is based in London, England, United Kingdom.
The Product Manager will design and optimize end-to-end PLG journeys, including onboarding, trials, freemium offerings, paid plans, and upgrade paths. Responsibilities include defining and evolving freemium and SMB-focused business plans, packaging, and entitlements. The role requires translating PLG strategy into clear product requirements and driving execution with R&D and go-to-market stakeholders. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams is essential to align self-serve and sales-assisted growth motions. Additionally, the Product Manager will conduct market and competitive research to identify PLG opportunities in the networking and security space.
Candidates should have over 5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments. A deep understanding of Product-Led Growth, including SaaS metrics, freemium and trial models, and PLG-driven customer journeys, is essential. Strong experience in defining and delivering user-facing product experiences, with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, is required. A background or strong familiarity with networking and security technologies is preferred. Understanding the SMB networking and security market, including customer needs and typical services, is advantageous. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, are also important.
