Product Manager (Customers’ Security)
Bitso is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of customer security products within the Guardians fleet. This role focuses on developing authentication methods and robust security mechanisms that provide a seamless experience for both retail and institutional customers. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that support Bitso's rapid growth.
Key responsibilities include managing the customer security product domain, defining the product vision and roadmap, and overseeing the integration of authentication and security capabilities. The Product Manager will utilize the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) model to set ambitious goals, track progress, and measure the success of the product group. Additionally, the role involves working with engineers, engineering managers, and designers to prioritize features, ensuring technical feasibility and user-centricity, as well as conducting internal discovery and user testing to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback from various business units.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Manager driving high-impact results, expertise with multiple authentication methods and security features for mobile and web applications, and familiarity with AI tooling and capabilities. A strong background in building data-driven solutions that separate transactional and analytical data is essential. Experience with critical and highly available systems, stakeholder management, and knowledge of Agile development methodologies are also required.
