Product Manager, Digital Technology
Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Technology. This role involves driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products that support Archer's enterprise systems, engineering operations, and corporate functions. The position reports to the Head of DTO PMO / SoC and requires collaboration across various departments to translate enterprise needs into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include defining and owning the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and investment priorities for digital technology platforms such as enterprise systems, infrastructure tooling, AI-enabled workflows, and operational applications. The Product Manager will partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, InfoSec, and Compliance teams to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into clearly defined product increments. Additionally, the role involves establishing outcome-driven KPIs tied to business value, leading end-to-end product lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, SOX, and ITGC requirements.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise platforms. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required. Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, HRIS, security tooling, or operational platforms is essential. Strong financial and analytical acumen, deep understanding of governance and compliance, and the ability to influence at the Director/VP level are also necessary.
Archer offers a competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000, determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
